Will you judge my mess?

Absolutely not. What you see as a stressful mess, I see as a fun puzzle waiting to be solved. Life gets busy, transitions happen, and spaces get overwhelmed—it’s completely normal. I approach every project with zero judgment and 100% confidentiality. My only goal is to help you feel lighter and more comfortable in your own home.

Will you make me throw everything away?

No. These are your belongings, and you will always have the final say. My job isn't to force you to get rid of things; it's to ask the right questions so you can decide what truly serves your life right now. If you don’t feel ready to part with certain items, we will find proper, respected homes for them.

How much does it cost, and how is it billed?

Our first meeting, which usually lasts an hour, is free, as I want to ensure that we both feel it’s a good fit before diving in. My rate is currently $90 per hour, and I also offer multi-session packages at reduced rates. This investment covers not just our physical organizing time, but also the time I spend independently, creating a custom space design, planning our sessions, researching appropriate products and services, and taking your donations to local charities after each session, so the clutter leaves your house immediately. I usually invoice weekly, and I accept Venmo, Zelle, & cash.

Do I need to buy special bins or supplies beforehand?

Please don't buy a thing yet! A very common mistake is buying cute bins first, only to realize they don't fit the items or the shelving. We will first sort and declutter your items. Once we know exactly what is staying, we will shop your own home to reuse containers you already have. If we still need storage solutions, I will measure the space and recommend the exact products that will fit perfectly.

How involved do I need to be?

I can adapt completely to your schedule. However, if you require decluttering, I will need you close by for that phase, as only you can decide what to keep. You can either sit comfortably with a beverage while I hold up items for a quick 'keep or donate' decision, or you can work side-by-side with me to learn the process. Once the editing is done, you can walk away and let me handle 100% of the heavy lifting, organizing, and labeling.

What is the typical project timeline?

I realize this is a frustrating answer, but the truth is that every single job is different. There are several factors, including the size of the space, how much decluttering is involved, and your personal goals for the final design. One-on-one sessions are generally 3-4 hours, unless I’m working independently, in which case I work 8-10 hours. My clients range from people who want a completely new garage in a weekend, to those who need ongoing one-on-one sessions over the span of months or even years.
